Recruitment privacy notice
Pivot Digital LLC uses the information you submit through Work with us only to contact you about roles and assess whether your skills match our work.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Information we collect
We collect your selected area of interest, full name, email address, phone number, and CV. Technical request information is used to protect the form against abuse. Please do not include sensitive information such as government identification numbers in your CV.
How we use and share it
We use your information for recruitment communication and reviewing your experience. We do not sell applicant information or use it for marketing. Lovable Cloud provides private storage, Lovable handles email sending, and Google Gmail receives the notification for our team. These service providers process information to operate this form and our recruitment communications.
Keeping your CV private
Your CV is not published on the website. Our team receives a private download link that expires after seven days. Anyone with that link can access the CV while it is valid, so it should not be forwarded. Submitted records and CVs are kept while needed for recruitment; copies in email and backups may remain subject to provider retention.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or ask us not to contact you about roles, using the email below. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Submitting your information does not guarantee a role or a response.
